The spiritual resilience ministry

A sincere family sharing a meal at home, emphasizing love and togetherness.

Sincere unity

Sincere means genuine feelings, free from pretence or deceit. Sincerity is wholehearted. Sincere unity means a deep, authentic and purposeful coming together of people. It is rooted in integrity, mutual respect and shared values rather than conformity or superficial agreement. It thrives on open dialogue, humility and trust. This blog will help us to create such unity with members of our families as well as our friends and colleagues.

About me

About me

Welcome friend

My name is Ella-Grace, a blogger, traveller, preacher and life coach. Blogging about family, resilience, recovering from a bad childhood, spirituality and personal growth. A bad childhood hurts us but it is up to us to heal and change our lives for the better. Using the Bible and personal testimonies, I will help you to overcome some life challenges. Life is hard and it can all become very overwhelming. How do you keep going when everything seems to be falling apart?

Life and its challenges are what makes us, us. Every pain, every scar can add to our character. We learn some things in life that are for better or worse. From shaky backgrounds, difficult childhoods, we desire to only take the lessons and leave the trauma behind. Families come in all types and unfortunately, we do have some parents that cause more harm than good. We don’t ask for perfection but we ask for good parents. Healing is extremely important. Are you willing to be better today than you were yesterday? Is there any better teacher in life than the one who says, ‘I have been through that, I can help you?’ We learn how spirituality can defend against life’s storms.
